Counselling:
Provide guidance to candidates regarding course offerings, career paths, and training outcomes.
Client Coordination:
Communicate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Trainer Coordination:
Collaborate with trainers to schedule sessions and ensure training effectiveness.
Batch Management:
Ensure timely commencement and smooth running of training batches.
Placement Coordination:
Facilitate placement opportunities for trained candidates.
HR Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with HR departments to track placement status and gather feedback.
Data Preparation:
Compile and maintain accurate training and placement data.
Project-wise Data Management:
Organize and update records based on different skill development projects.
Branch Operations (Hyderabad):
Oversee and manage all skill development activities at the Hyderabad branch.
Calling Activities:
Conduct telephonic outreach for mobilization, follow-ups, and recruitment support.
Recruitment Support:
Assist recruitment teams in closing job openings for clients or internal requirements.
Assessment Follow-ups:
Track and ensure completion of assessments by trainees.
Offer Letter Collection:
Collect and document offer letters and confirmation emails from HR departments.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, HRs, trainers, and candidates).
