The Senior Placement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing end-to-end placement operations including student engagement, employer coordination, training alignment, data management, and drive execution. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and data-handling skills to ensure smooth placement processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Placement Preparation
Coordinate with the training team to receive batch completion details.
Schedule and conduct Pre-Placement Sessions.
Gather and analyse coordinator feedback and concerns.
Update and customize the Pre-Placement presentation based on feedback.
Obtain approvals from the Sr. Manager - Corporate Alliances.
Share session schedules and links with relevant teams within 24 hours.
2. Placement Session Execution
Conduct sessions with Placement SPOCs and support staff.
Manage session delivery, student interactions, and attendance.
Track attendance and follow up with absentees.
3. Drive Launch & Communication
Receive and verify all job drive details.
Prepare and publish drive communication on LMS and email.
Notify students and franchise partners professionally and on time.
Respond to drive-related queries within 24-48 hours.
4. Student Calling & Coordination
Prepare calling sheets based on eligibility.
Conduct detailed drive briefings with students.
Track student interest and collect required documents.
Create drive-specific WhatsApp groups and coordinate logistics.
Share final aligned candidate list with PM and upload necessary documents.
5. Interview Day Operations
Provide live or ground support on interview day.
Track real-time attendance and interview status.
6. Post-Interview & Result Follow-Up
Update LMS and trackers with attendance and outcomes.
Handle student dropouts, refusals, and no-shows.
Send appropriate communication to students.
Maintain behaviour records and post-drive summaries.
7. Monitoring Student Participation
Track student participation trends across drives.
Send final opportunity/warning mails based on behaviour.
Maintain action logs and share weekly reports with PM and franchises.
8. Data Entry & LMS Maintenance
Log in to LMS daily for updates.
Ensure alignment across sheets and LMS entries.
Submit all updates within 1 working day.
9. Reporting & Analytics
Review calling summaries and follow-up statuses.
Create pivot summaries to identify communication gaps.
Share insights and reports weekly with the team.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or Education)
1-2 years of experience in placements and in coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace, LMS systems, and data reporting tools
Ability to manage high volumes of student and employer communication
Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
