Key Responsibilities:



Training & Academic Coordination



1. Plan, schedule, and coordinate all training sessions for students.

2. Maintain daily attendance and absentee records; follow up with absent students regularly.

3. Organize and conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

4. Plan and execute student activities, workshops, and engagement events.

Placement & Career Support



1. Create and manage campus drives, including scheduling interviews, briefing students, and coordinating with recruiters.

2. Follow up with students regarding placement readiness, documentation, and interview processes.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing recruiters.

4. Identify, approach, and tie up with new clients/companies for placement opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting



1. Maintain databases of student performance, attendance, and placement records.

2. Provide regular updates to management on training progress and placement status.

3. Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and recruiters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
