Job Summary:



Premier CarWorld, a leading Maruti Suzuki NEXA dealership, is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Training and Development Manager

to lead and enhance employee performance across Sales, Service, and Customer Relationship teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing engaging training programs, and ensuring that all staff maintain NEXA's premium brand standards in customer experience, sales processes, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:Training Strategy & Planning:



Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with NEXA brand guidelines and dealership goals. Coordinate with Maruti Suzuki training representatives to ensure compliance with OEM training modules and certifications. Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with department heads.

Program Development & Delivery:



Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on: Sales Techniques (NEXA Sales Process) Product Knowledge (Maruti Suzuki NEXA models) Customer Experience & Soft Skills CRM Tools (e.g., DMS, Lead Management) Service Quality Standards Organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires across all verticals.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:



Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Maintain training records, certification status, and provide regular reports to management and OEM.

Team Leadership & Coordination:



Manage a team of trainers or external facilitators as needed. Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Service, CRM, HR) and OEM trainers for scheduling and content customization.

Compliance & Standards:



Ensure all training complies with Maruti Suzuki and NEXA brand standards. Drive a culture of continuous learning, skill enhancement, and customer-first approach.

Qualifications:



Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training & development; preferably in the automotive or retail sector. Prior experience with Maruti Suzuki or other OEMs/dealerships will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:



Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training techniques. Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable training strategies. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of dealership operations, especially in premium car segments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
