Identify training needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and performance appraisals.
Design, plan, and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Maintain training records and prepare MIS reports.
Support talent development initiatives and career progression plans.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure employee skill enhancement.
Ensure compliance with organizational learning policies and industry best practices.
