Key critical skills required for this role include:

Have experience of delivering training, preferably within a financial crime or highly regulated business environment. Will be, or can be, a subject matter expert in financial crime and to have or build a strong understanding of financial crime and policies (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, Screening, PEP/HR and Financial Crime Exits). Lead and deliver training programs focused on financial crime prevention (e.g., KYC, Fraud awareness) using tools like power point, word, and teams to educate staff across levels. Use your financial crime expertise to monitor, analyze, and assess risk scenarios. Collaborate across departments to design training solutions. Utilize Microsoft office suite (Excel, word, Power point, Outlook) to create training materials, analyze data and communicate effectively. Experience in managing stakeholders and the ability to communicate confidently both written and verbally across multiple stakeholder groups. Maintain training records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Minimum Qualification - bachelor's degree.

Purpose of the role




To complete EDD/Exits cases which includes day to day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.

Accountabilities



Support with day to day Enhance Due Diligence (EDD)/Exits initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Execution of EDD reviews on high-risk customers to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and policies. Execution of exit reviews on customers who are having their accounts closed to mitigate risk, aligned to compliance and internal policy. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate EDD and exit processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in EDD and exit processes. Development and implementation of Issue resolutions relating to any inefficient controls . Development of reports and presentations on EDD and exit performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve EDD and exit efficiency and effectiveness.
