Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls to promote technical training programs and handle student enquiries. The role focuses on lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and conversion of students and working professionals into suitable courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students, freshers, and working professionals. Explain Master Class details (course content, duration, benefits, career scope). Understand candidate background, skill level, and career goals. Counsel candidates and recommend the right course or batch. Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, or walk-ins. Follow up on enquiries, registrations, and pending payments. Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details in CRM/Excel. Handle inbound calls and resolve basic course-related queries. Achieve daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Tamil & English. Interest in technical education and training sales. Confident phone handling and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM). Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
