Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals across multiple domains to join our dynamic Pan India team. The role involves training, mentoring, and curriculum development in one or more of the following areas:

• Textiles

• Jewelry

• Fashion Technology/ Designing

• Handicrafts

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Machine Learning (ML)

• Agriculture

• Regional Languages

• Soft Skills

• Leadership and Life Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions

• Develop and implement contextual learning strategies

• Improve learners' communication and confidence

• Promote digital literacy and language proficiency

• Apply language lab techniques (where applicable)

• Ensure cultural sensitivity in training delivery

• Conduct assessments and provide feedback

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

• Be open to travel and flexible working environments

Mode of Training

• Offline: On-site at colleges or company premises

• Online / Virtual: As per project or client requirement

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Educational Background: Relevant degree/certification in the chosen subject/domain
Professional Experience:

• 3 to 20 years of training or teaching experience

• Experience in academic institutions or corporate training preferred
