About the Role

Smartskills Bits and Bytes Pvt Ltd, a premier provider of skill development solutions, is seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for the Retail Sales Associate job role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Train associates to assist customers in product selection. Teach product demonstration to engage customers. Guide trainees to maintain a professional image. Equip associates to resolve customer concerns. Teach processing of credit applications Train on upholding health and safety standards. Coach on effective retail teamwork. Teach efficient work within the organization. Develop employability skills like communication and problem-solving Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback to support skill development. Mentor and guide trainees to achieve learning objectives and prepare for retail roles. Stay updated with retail industry trends, including omnichannel strategies, to enhance training content. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs meet the needs of the retail sector.
Required Qualifications and Skills

TOT Certified in "Retail Sales Associate" from RASCI (Retailers Association's Skill Council of India) will be preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant retail software. Proven experience in delivering effective training programs with a focus on retail operations. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create a friendly, engaging learning environment. Willingness to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Compensation

CTC starting from Rs. 240,000 to Rs. 300,000 per annum.
