Aptitude Trainers

,

Technical Trainers (C, C++, Java, Python)

, and

Soft Skills Trainers

to mentor and prepare our Arts & Science and Engineering students for successful placements.

Aptitude Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Train students on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. Conduct practice sessions, mock tests, and assessments. Prepare students for campus recruitment drives and competitive exams.

Technical Trainer (C, C++, Java, Python)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training in programming fundamentals and advanced concepts. Guide students through hands-on coding sessions and problem-solving exercises. Support students in preparing for technical interviews and coding tests.

Soft Skills Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Train students on communication skills, interview skills, group discussions, and workplace etiquette. Conduct behavioural workshops, presentation skills sessions, and personality development modules. Enhance overall student confidence and employability skills.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria (for all positions):

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a trainer. Prior experience training

Arts & Science and Engineering students

in placement preparation. Strong communication skills and a passion for student development. Ability to design, plan, and deliver engaging training modules.
