Job Title: Full Stack Trainer - GitHub Copilot

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Trainer with strong expertise in GitHub Copilot and AI-

assisted software development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging,

hands-on training sessions that help developers effectively use GitHub Copilot for real-world

software engineering scenarios, from writing better code to automating workflows and improving

productivity.

Key Responsibilities

? Deliver interactive sessions on GitHub Copilot fundamentals, setup, and usage across IDEs

(VS Code, JetBrains, Neovim).

? Teach participants to:

o Leverage Copilot for new application development and feature enhancement.

o Apply prompt engineering and advanced Copilot techniques for accurate code

generation.

o Optimize existing code and integrate legacy systems using AI support.

o Perform automated code reviews, PR automation, and ensure security compliance.

o Explore Copilot Agents, custom extensions, and CI/CD integration.

? Conduct live coding examples, exercises, and discussions on best practices.

? Assess learners' progress and provide guidance to strengthen problem-solving and coding

efficiency.

? Continuously update the training material to include the latest GitHub Copilot and AI

development advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

? Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, Python, or Java).

? Hands-on expertise with GitHub and GitHub Copilot features.

? Strong understanding of software architecture, code optimization, and DevOps workflows.

? Familiarity with AI-assisted programming, prompt design, and automated testing.

? Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

? Ability to simplify complex technical topics for varied experience levels.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience designing or conducting training programs or developer workshops.

? Knowledge of enterprise features, security best practices, and AI model integration.

? Certification in GitHub or related development technologies (preferred).
