About the Role

Smartskills Bits and Bytes Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of skill development solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to deliver accredited training programs for the Field Technician - Computing and Peripherals job role. The ideal candidate must be proficient in troubleshooting, identification & repair the fault of a computer system.

Key Responsibilities

Able to use Multi-meter & Post Card Able to install basic computer software. Knowledge of Computer Network Basics. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions to ensure effective knowledge and skill transfer. Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Mentor and guide trainees to achieve learning objectives and prepare for field technician roles. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in computing and peripherals to enhance training content. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs align with current industry requirements.

Aptitude for conducting training with a focus on pre- and post-training activities to ensure competent, employable candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirement

Graduates/Science Graduates/Engineering Graduates or Higher Degree/Polytechnic Diploma with Relevant Industry Experience of 1 Year and Teaching Experience of 1 Year (Total 2 Years Experience) I.T.I (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical) with Relevant Industry Experience of 2 Year and Teaching Experience of 1 Year (Total 3 Years Experience) CITS (Certified in relevant field) with Relevant Industry Experience of 1 Year (Total 1 Years Experience)
Required Qualifications and Skills

Domain Certification: TOT Certified for Job Role "Field Technician - Computing and Peripherals" from Electronics Sector Skill Council of India (ESSCI) will be preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant software. Proven experience in delivering effective training programs. Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create a friendly, engaging learning environment. Willingness to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
