Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on company processes, product knowledge, tools, and systems. Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs Create and maintain training materials Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes through feedback collection and process documentation Provide one-on-one or small group coaching when additional support is needed. Stay updated on product updates, process changes, and industry trends to keep training relevant. 2+ years of experience in training delivery, preferably in a corporate or product-oriented environment. Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve

daily/weekly/monthly targets

. Monitor team performance and provide

regular feedback and guidance

. Handle

escalations and resolve conflicts

within the team efficiently. Prepare and maintain

reports on team performance and training progress

. Coordinate with management to align
