Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Trainer for Assistant Beauty Therapists to deliver practical and theoretical training to aspiring beauty professionals. The trainer will be responsible for developing skills in skincare, basic beauty treatments, hygiene, client handling, and professional grooming. The role involves hands-on training, assessments, and mentoring to help students meet industry standards and secure employment.

Requirements:



Diploma/Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology from a recognized institute. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in beauty services. Prior training/teaching experience is a strong advantage. Strong practical skills in skincare, grooming, and basic beauty treatments. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Deliver effective training sessions in alignment with the Approved Course Lesson Plan (ACLP) for each designated job role. Facilitate active engagement with parents, local communities, and potential employers to support program implementation and student placement. Coordinate with supervisors and liaise with public agencies, local authorities, and relevant bodies for center memberships and affiliations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the center, maintaining compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assist in the preparation of regular reports, documentation, and updates on center performance and project status for internal and external reporting purposes. Support in the development and implementation of improved training methodologies and evaluation systems; analyze outcomes and recommend actionable improvements. Review trainee applications and related documentation, either independently or with the team, to support effective center operations and admissions. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders involved in center-related projects and initiatives. Provide technical guidance, address trainee and staff queries, and support resolution of issues while ensuring alignment with center policies and objectives. Act as the center's representative in project execution, including handling emergencies and ensuring successful delivery of events and activities as per project plans. Execute assigned tasks and activities in accordance with project deliverables and timelines. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to trainee attendance and maintain proper attendance records.
