Trainer (Welding)

for

Hyderabad location

(Govt ITI in Mallepally, Near Masabtank, Hyderabad) with

Skillsonics India Pvt. Ltd

Key Job Responsibilities will be -

Welding trainer skills needed

Responsible for classroom instruction of welding and welding related subjects as outlined in the various course descriptions, manipulative skill instruction using various arc welding processes Utilize visual aids and other training aids in lecture discussions Follow and implement all course outlines and instructions Assist with updating course materials and outlines as needed Maintain and enforce impeccable housekeeping in classrooms and lab area Make booth rounds to work one-on-one with students, and evaluate performance Conduct in-plant and specialized training as assigned Coordinate with team and supervisor to schedule and instruct courses by the needs of the business Know about TIG/MIG/ARC gas all types Welding (MMAW/SMAW) MS Office Report Preparation
Can be able to handle 25 candidate batch independently, should be familiar with computer handling

Preferred Qualification & Background -

1) Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Degree is required

2) Experience of 6-8 years in shop floor in core manufacturing company with hands-on experience as Trainer (Welding ) in manufacturing domain in mandatory, exposure as trainer or Faculty in Skill development sector in handling a role of Welding Trainer will be preferred.

3) Should have good communication & presentation skills. Proficiency in Telugu is required

Immediate Joiner with hands on Teaching experience on Welding Training will be absolute fit for the role
