The Trainer ensures that every telecaller is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. This role is central to reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new telecallers.
Train on communication skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
Develop refresher programs to address gaps identified by Quality Analysts.
Use roleplays, mock calls, and real-call analysis to make training practical and interactive.
Keep training material updated with new scripts, offers, and project details.
Assess training effectiveness through tests, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
Work closely with managers to align training with business goals.
