Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training sessions to teams on communication, soft skills, and company processes Prepare and present interactive

PowerPoint training modules

Use

Canva

and other tools to design visually appealing training materials Travel locally (within city) for on-site sessions and employee engagement activities Assist in content creation, assessments, and feedback reports.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in training or facilitation Excellent communication skills and fluent in English Hands-on experience with

PowerPoint

and

Canva

Ability to connect with participants and deliver sessions with enthusiasm Willingness to travel locally as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
