Responsibilities



Transition Support



New project KT to the OPS along with the TMO /SL / Solutions team Includes



Learning project specifics, PMS and support ops team until OJT completion and sign off Participation in client driven - training sessions & governance calls until transition is completed SOP preparation Online course creation Cross Training the users on different scopes and specialty Preparing first set of question bank based on the specialty and project specifics Creating and approving OJT curriculum Conducting assessments during transition Floor Support Foundation training for the users, QA's and SME's in the specialty and the process KT to PC and certifying them on the project

Content Development



Creating/ Updating Training Curriculums Creating/ Updating Question bank (NHT/OJT/Refresher/Cross training & Quarterly Trainers assessment) Assisting the Ops team in SOP and process flow document creation Creating/ Updating training documents for all knowledge enhancement programs & Sites Preparing articles based on recent updates in RCM

Training Upgradation



Training orientation to the new Trainers (AR/DATA) US healthcare Orientation to the Omega leadership (Who Joins Omega without healthcare background) Training/ Coaching the Learners who takes AAHAM certifications like CRCS/CRCP/CRCE NHT/ Cross Training / Refresher training Support (Based on critical business requirement and bandwidth availability) Billing Broadcast

Requirements




1.

Mandatory

- Should have worked in AR calling & denial management for a min of 3years


2.

Mandatory

- Should have hands on experience in MS office package preferably in Word, Excel and power point


3.

Mandatory

-Should have excellent com skill as the trainer will be involved in transition support and in orienting the leaders joining the organization

Desirable

- Exposure in dental billing/hospital billing

Desirable

- Experience as a Trainer/Process Coach/SME

Desirable

- Hands on experience in content development and ability to use Articulate, Adobe weaver etc.

Other Qualities Expected




Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Training as PC/SME/Team coach/Trainer in papers


Excellent communication and listening skills


Excellent planning and time management skills. Initiative


Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
