Job Summary

We are seeking a

young, energetic, and knowledgeable Trainer

with strong exposure to the

apparel industry

, particularly

lingerie and innerwear

. The role involves conducting product and fit-related training, supporting brand initiatives, and representing the brand confidently across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on

lingerie products

, including fit, sizing, fabrics, construction, and styling Deliver product knowledge and fit training to retail teams and internal stakeholders Support

brand training initiatives

, launches, and special projects Participate in

media-related activities

such as photoshoots, videos, training content, and promotional programs Travel as required for training programs, store visits, and events Work on

weekends or holidays

based on business and training requirements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective training delivery Maintain updated knowledge of lingerie trends, market practices, and consumer needs

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in

Fashion Design, Apparel, Textiles

, or a related field Strong knowledge of

lingerie / innerwear category

is mandatory Good communication and presentation skills Confident, adaptable, and willing to learn Comfortable working in front of the camera and engaging with media Willingness to travel and flexibility in working schedules

Experience

1-3 years of experience in

lingerie, innerwear, or apparel training/retail/product roles

Prior training or retail exposure will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
