A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that focus on improving trainees' soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations
Analysing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
Analysing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
Competencies-
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities
-Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching
-Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees
-Experience in developing and delivering training content
-Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
-Experience in human resource management or recruiting
-Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)
-Knowledge of current trends in the HR industry
Professional Qualification-
Minimum Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
