? Job Role : Trainer

? Job Location: GeniQom Technologies Pvt Ltd, Office #115, Phase 3, WEBEL IT Park

? Employment Type - Permanent

? Experience - Fresher/2 Years and above

Qualification & Certifications Required:

? Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

? Relevant degree or certification in the specific training domains (e.g., IT, Marketing, Design, Data Science, etc.).

? Certifications in training-related methodologies are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

? Deliver and Conduct Training: Lead engaging training sessions on diverse IT and professional skills topics.

? Curriculum Development: Design, update, and refine training materials, course content, and documentation to ensure relevance and quality.

? Performance Evaluation: Assess trainee progress through exams, projects, and feedback mechanisms.

? Industry Alignment: Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to the training portfolio (especially in IT services and hiring).

? Basic IT Familiarity: Maintain a working knowledge of general IT terminology and concepts to align training with the company's core business.

Expertise required in at least three (3) of the following domains:

? Digital Marketing

? Video Editing

? Graphic Designing

? Data Analytics in Power BI

? Data Science

? Cybersecurity

? UI/UX Technologies

? Hardware & Networking

? Flutter Development

? Accounting & GST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
