Roles & Responsibilities:-
Conduct on-boarding and induction training.
Deliver product, destination, CRM and process training.
Organize and manage refresher training sessions.
Create and update training content and materials.
Provide destination and product knowledge sessions.
Conduct call audits and share feedback.
Maintain training records and reports.
Track training effectiveness through assessments.
Identify training needs and skill gaps.
Support employee development and engagement activities.
Skills Required:-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple training priorities independently
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand training content
Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and performance gaps
Confidence in conducting virtual and in-person training sessions
Ability to handle feedback, queries and adapt to changing training needs
Prior experience in the Travel, Hospitality or a related customer-focused industry is preferred.
