RRC Technologies is looking for an SAP HR Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) / HR modules. The role involves conducting interactive classes, simplifying complex SAP configurations, guiding learners with hands-on exercises, and preparing them for professional success in SAP HR careers.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver interactive training sessions on SAP HR / HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS).
Prepare lesson plans, training notes, and practice exercises.
Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
Keep training content updated with the latest SAP HR versions and industry practices.
Requirements :
SAP HR / HCM Certification (preferred)
MBA (HR/Management) / MHRM / PG in HR or related field
CMA / CA / CS background with SAP HR exposure (added advantage)
Strong knowledge of HR processes: Payroll, Leave/Time Management, Benefits, Performance.
Prior teaching/training or corporate experience in SAP HR / HCM is desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM (training or implementation/support).
