Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging

Trainer

to deliver our organization's training modules to clients. The Trainer will be responsible for understanding our program content in-depth and delivering it clearly and effectively to various audiences. This role is key to ensuring that clients gain maximum value from our solutions and services through expert-led instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate training sessions for clients based on our established modules, both in-person and online. Ensure that clients fully understand the content and can apply it effectively. Customize delivery techniques to match the audience's needs and learning styles. Prepare and maintain all training materials, handouts, and documentation. Assist in updating modules based on client feedback or program changes. Answer questions and provide post-training support where needed.
