We are seeking a

knowledgeable and disciplined Trainer

to deliver high-quality training in

financial markets and trading

, combining theory, live market application, and psychological skill-building. The Trainer will play a key role in shaping students into confident and responsible market participants.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Instruction

Deliver structured training sessions on: Indian & International Financial Markets Equity, Derivatives, Currencies & Commodities Technical & Fundamental Analysis Trading Strategies and Risk Management Market Psychology & Discipline Conduct live market sessions and practical demonstrations Customize teaching methods based on student skill levels

Student Engagement & Mentorship

Mentor students during live trading floor sessions Provide individual and group feedback Track student progress and learning outcomes Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions

Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct quizzes, practical assessments, and mock trading sessions Evaluate student performance and readiness

Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for batch planning Share training schedules, attendance, and session reports Support seminars, workshops, webinars, and demo sessions

Experience

1-5 years

of experience in trading, training, or market-related roles Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage Proven practical market exposure preferred
