About Program - Hunar



Hunar, a skill development program supported by Hero Fincorp, aims to empower youth from underprivileged communities by imparting skills to help them build careers primarily in the financial sector. The program focuses not only on theoretical aspects but also on practical experiences, such as bank visits, store visits, and frequent role plays of real-life job scenarios. In addition to the course curriculum, guest lectures are organized, and industry experts are invited.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Trainer - Retail will be responsible for planning and conducting regular classes for the Retail Sales Associate course under the Hunar Project, supported by HeroFin Corp. S/he will play a key role in designing and delivering effective training sessions.

Prepare lesson plans based on the curriculum prescribed by the Retailers Association's Skill Council of India and conduct regular classes.

Plan and execute sessions on soft skills.

Liaise with industry experts and plan guest sessions.

Organize role-playing activities to simulate real life scenarios.

Assist in the timely creation of batches and ensure proper documentation.

Track course progress against milestones and objectives, ensuring the timely completion of classes.

Eligibility:



Graduate in any discipline

(preferred)
OR

Diploma in Retail Management / Sales / Training / Education


Experience:



Minimum 2 years

of experience as Skill Development & Retail/Sales Trainer

Minimum 1-3 years

of hands-on experience in store execution/ Supervisory Exposure to Customer interaction, Sales process, billing/POS & store operations

Certification:



Retail SSC Certified Trainer (ToT / TOT) NSDC / Sector Skill Council certified trainer Train-the-Trainer certification

Salary :



30-50k based on the experience and skill set.

Skill Set:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
