Job Description

Position : Trainer for international BPO

Location : Kirti Nagar , West delhi

Shift timings : 4.30 am to 1.30 pm ( Australian process)

(every Saturday half day)

Pick up Cabs provided

One time meal provided

Key Responsibilities:



Training Delivery:

Conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees on various aspects of the job, such as process procedures, customer service protocols, and communication skills.

Curriculum Development:

Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, workbooks, and online resources.

Performance Assessment:

Evaluating trainee performance through assessments, quizzes, and call monitoring to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted feedback.

Process Expertise:

Developing a deep understanding of the specific processes and requirements of the international BPO operations to effectively train employees.

Voice and Accent Training:

Providing specialized training on voice modulation, pronunciation, and accent neutralization to ensure clear and effective communication with international clients.

Client Interaction:

Understanding the specific needs and requirements of international clients and tailoring training programs accordingly.

Continuous Improvement:

Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in processes to continuously improve training programs and employee performance.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintaining records of training sessions, trainee progress, and performance assessments.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering effective training sessions and providing constructive feedback.

Training Experience:

Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.

Process Knowledge:

A solid understanding of BPO processes and workflows, particularly those related to international operations.

Soft Skills:

Proficiency in areas like communication, active listening, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

The ability to analyze performance data, identify areas of improvement, and develop targeted training interventions.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

The capacity to adjust training approaches and materials to meet the specific needs of different trainees and international clients.
