Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Design and deliver training programs on customer service, sales excellence, soft skills, grooming, and hospitality standards.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they understand brand culture and service expectations.
Train sales and leasing teams in client engagement, presentation skills, negotiation methods, and property showcasing.
Real Estate-Specific Duties
Educate teams about property features, project benefits, market positioning, and competitive analysis.
Enhance customer walk-in experience at sales galleries, sample flats, and project sites.
Guide teams in handling luxury clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and international buyers.
Hospitality & Customer Experience
Implement hospitality protocols across real estate touchpoints--reception areas, model apartments, clubs, and marketing suites.
Train staff in guest handling, complaint resolution, communication etiquette, and service recovery.
Operational & Brand Standards
Ensure all customer-facing staff follow brand SOPs, grooming guidelines, and service standards.
Conduct audits at property sites to identify training needs and service gaps.
Performance Measurement
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with HR and management to improve training modules based on performance results.
