Job Description

Auditing for Gurgaon and Jaipur teams. Provide feedback. Participate in process & training calls as required. Reporting. Will be actively involved in creating audit & sample plans, and feedback sharing. QA will be involved in regular calibration calls. Will be actively involved in managing escalations received externally and internally. Work closely with the Ops supervisors to develop agent & team level action plans for Quality improvement. Perform all other assigned tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Create training schedules and plans. Will provide project specific training to new hires. Provide refresher training to the team, as required. Monitor quality and productivity of new hires.

Education & Qualification

Proper knowledge of medical billing in both AR & denials. Minimum 2 yrs experience in medical billing with at least 6 months experience as trainer or Q/A (medical billing process). Graduate in any stream from recognized university
