Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI, Machine Learning, and Python Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to students and professionals. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in these technologies and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update training curricula, materials, and course content for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, covering a wide range of topics in Python, AI, and ML. Cover foundational Python concepts, data handling with libraries like Pandas and NumPy, data visualization with Matplotlib and Seaborn, and object-oriented programming (OOP). Instruct on core ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning fundamentals. Teach practical applications using industry-standard frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Guide learners through hands-on coding exercises, project-based assignments, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning. Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer mentorship to help learners overcome technical challenges and achieve their goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and advancements in AI, ML, and Python to ensure training content remains relevant. Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to support overall student development and career readiness.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Python Trainer or as a Python developer with a focus on AI and ML.

Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in Python programming, including data structures, libraries (NumPy, Pandas), and OOP. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts. Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Teaching Skills:

Passion for teaching and a talent for engaging and motivating learners with different learning styles.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist learners with debugging and project work.

Preferred Qualifications

Industry experience with AI/ML projects or applications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of specific AI domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision. Professional certifications in relevant technologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
