Responsible for delivering

theoretical and practical training

in plumbing systems as per

curriculum

. Ensure trainees gain industry-relevant skills and are job-ready, with a focus on

safety, quality, and employability

.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training on plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. Deliver sessions on

tools, fixtures, water supply, sanitation systems, and safety

. Use hands-on demonstrations, models, and equipment to ensure skill transfer. Assess trainees through

assignments, practical tests, and viva

. Maintain training records and support placement activities.

Qualification & Experience

ITI/Diploma

in Plumbing, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.

2+ years

of industry experience in plumbing. Certified Trainer preferred or willing to undergo certification.

Skills Required

Strong technical expertise in plumbing practices. Good communication in Tamil & English languages. Ability to engage and motivate trainees. Knowledge of safety standards and environment-friendly practices.

As per Industry Standards
