Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Trainer - Photography & Digital Cinematography

to join our creative faculty.

This role involves delivering theory and practical sessions, mentoring students on real-world projects, and nurturing their technical and artistic abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in

photography, lighting, cinematography, and post-production workflows

, along with a keen interest in teaching and mentoring.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping students into confident, industry-ready professionals -- combining artistic mastery, technological fluency, and entrepreneurial vision.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging classroom and hands-on sessions in

Photography

and

Digital Cinematography

. Teach camera operations, lighting techniques, framing, and composition principles. Train students in studio and outdoor setups -- including product, portrait, and cinematic lighting. Guide students through short films, documentaries, and commercial video projects. Instruct on post-production workflows such as photo editing, video editing, and color grading. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of cameras, lenses, lighting, and related equipment. Collaborate with creative and academic teams to design, refine, and update course modules. Participate in institutional shoots, promotional videos, and live workshops. Mentor students in developing professional portfolios and handling client-based projects. Evaluate student work and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback. Stay up to date with the latest trends in photography, cinematography, and AI-based creative tools.
