: Job description Knowledge in unsecured loan lending Idea about the sales & underwriting Knowledge in unsecured loan lending Knowledge of the type of fraud on the market of unsecured loan lending. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms Excellent organizational skills Solid communication and presentation abilities Additional certification in training is a plus Language Skills English Responsibilities Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement Design training curriculum within time Produce physical and digital educational material Onboard new Hires to organization Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses Monitor objectives and results Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses Report on impact of training programs Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum Handle product training sessions for employees at Regional Learning center. Work in cohesion with leadership in improving productivity Travel to Various location assigned as part of training responsibility - Mumbai, Delhi Etc Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
