Role Overview:

As a Trainer, you will deliver impactful training sessions to educators nationwide, support in-class implementation of PATH strategies, and promote foundational literacy and numeracy through smart, hands-on pedagogy and real-time learning tools like the HiPATH app.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate interactive teacher trainings (online & on-site).

Promote active, child-led learning using PATH materials.

Support teachers with implementation & learning tracking.

Use tech tools (HiPATH, OMR sheets) for real-time assessment.

Collaborate with school leaders and education departments.

Requirements:

Graduate in Education, Social Work, or related fields.

1-3 years of relevant teaching/training experience.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Familiarity with digital tools and student-centric pedagogy.

Open to extensive travel across India.
