Qualification:

HSC / Graduate

Experience:

Minimum

6 months as QA

OR

1 year overall experience

in BFSI sales/training Strong background in

Sales Training

(preferably BFSI sector)

CIBIL Score:

Minimum 650 (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct

sales training sessions

for new hires and existing employees. Ensure trainees understand outbound sales process, compliance, and quality standards. Develop and deliver engaging training modules to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with operations and quality teams to align training outcomes with business goals. Maintain training records and prepare reports for management review.
