Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our MBA, MCA & BBA department, specializing in Personality Development and Soft Skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personality Development and soft skills development, coupled with a passion for training and mentorship.

Job Role:

Conduct TNI (Training Needs Identification) to understand student competency gaps, training goal and outcome. Analyze student needs and placement trends and Develop training content, digital materials, and assessments that is of learner centric & Industry relevant. Deliver sessions on: Soft skills, communication, teamwork, time management, aptitude, reasoning, and problem-solving. Interview preparation (HR + Technical), GDs, and public speaking and evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessment scores, and placement outcomes. Conduct: Mock interviews, resume-writing workshops, and LinkedIn profile development. Collaborate with the placement cell to align training with current industry expectations.

Qualification and Experience:

Post Graduate or above

Must have minimum 3 years' experience working in similar post.

Candidate working as

Personality development and Soft Skills

trainer will be preferred.
