Job Role:

Training & Facilitation

? Conduct dynamic workshops in Public Speaking, Debate, and Model United Nations (MUN)
? Lead school programs, classroom sessions, and student showcases
? Build a positive, high-energy learning environment for students across age groups

Operations & Client Management

? Make client calls and maintain strong relationships with schools and partners
? Manage feedback, grievances, and parent/student queries effectively
? Support customer acquisition efforts by pitching programs and events
? Coordinate logistics and merchandising for events and classes
? Assist in the planning and execution of new campaigns and initiatives

Required Skills:

? Strong communication and public speaking skills
? Prior experience in training or facilitation (preferred)
? Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking
? Comfortable with client interaction, sales calls, and field coordination
? Creative and collaborative mindset, especially in event planning
? Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Additional Details:

? Flexible work hours: Not a standard 9-5 role; responsibilities will be spread across weekdays and weekends based on sessions and events
? Includes a 2-3 month probation and training period to ensure alignment with Chatterbox's methodology and culture

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
