Job Summary
As a
Sr. Process Trainer
, you will be responsible for facilitating effective training programs across multiple functions within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. This includes preparation, delivery (classroom, virtual, or on-the-job), post-training evaluation, and ongoing learning reinforcement. You will help drive our culture of customer obsession, innovation, and operational excellence by ensuring a high-quality, consistent training experience for all learners.

Partner with the Training Manager and Operations to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Design, update, and facilitate training for new hires and existing staff in RCM areas including medical coding, AR, charge entry, and payment posting.
Leverage diverse training methodologies--classroom, virtual, one-on-one, and on-the-job training.
Monitor trainee performance via assessments, feedback, and certification tests.
Track and support progress of training batches until full productivity is achieved.
Maintain training MIS and documentation, including managing bottom quartile performance.
Conduct regular refresher trainings and upskilling sessions.

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or Life Sciences).
Minimum 3 years of total experience, including at least 2 years in a training role within Healthcare Operations / RCM.
Strong understanding of the RCM lifecycle and terminology (ICD, CPT, HCPCS, EOBs).
Preferred Certification:
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Certification in medical coding or related healthcare domains is a plus.
