An Ideal Candidate:
Should be a graduate in any discipline with 1-2 years of experience as a Trainer or SME in U.S. Mortgage processes, preferably in Default Management. Possesses strong expertise in Foreclosure and Bankruptcy workflows, with excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills. Proficient in MS Office tools and experienced in using SharePoint for content management and collaboration. Capable of effectively assessing and guiding trainees for successful transition to operations.
