Job Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable

Trainer - Microfinance Operations

to design, deliver, and manage training programs for our employees. The role involves conducting

classroom training, software training, and refresher sessions

to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their roles efficiently. On non-training days, the Trainer will support the

HR department

in various operational and administrative activities. The position requires regular reporting to the

COO

.

Key Responsibilities;



Training & Development



Conduct

classroom training

and

software training

for new joinees and existing employees. Deliver

refresher training programs

to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Ensure employees clearly understand microfinance processes, policies, and workflow. Provide continuous guidance and clarification to staff to support accurate and effective job performance. Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals as required.

Training Schedule



Conduct training programs for

two (2) days per week

as per training calendar. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

HR Support



Support the

HR department

on non-training days in activities such as onboarding, documentation, coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist HR in maintaining training records and employee performance feedback.

Reporting & Coordination



Submit

daily activity and training reports

to the

COO

. Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience



Experience as a

Trainer in a Microfinance institution or NBFC

will be an added advantage. Prior exposure to

microfinance operations, field processes, and lending workflows

is preferred.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain processes clearly and guide employees effectively. Basic proficiency in

software training and MS Office

. Good coordination and reporting skills. Willingness to support HR functions and work collaboratively with multiple teams.
