Bandhan Skill Development Center is currently looking for Facilitator/Trainer of Micro-Finance with the proper knowledge of finance and insurance and hand on experience on micro-finance. Purpose of the Role: \xc2\xb7 As a trainer, you will develop and deliver training to our students. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 This role is primarily responsible for the management of people development processes and creating a learning environment across the organization \xc2\xb7 Having knowledge about the Banking and Insurance and, Financial Planning, Capital markets etc. \xc2\xb7 Design, develop and deliver training programs. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and develop training material based on corporate requirements \xc2\xb7 Chart out monthly training calendars and communicate the same to all our students.
