to lead training initiatives for our Domestic and International Telecalling teams. You'll be responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering ongoing skill-building sessions, and improving team performance through structured coaching and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs and refresher sessions
Create content: scripts, role-plays, objection handling guides
Coach individuals and teams based on call audits and performance metrics
Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals
Track training effectiveness and provide regular reports
Requirements:
5+ years in a sales role; 2years in training, coaching, or team leadership
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Strong communication skills and understanding of telesales techniques
Comfortable with in-person and virtual training delivery
CRM and call audit tool experience is a plus
