Key Responsibilities :

Training Creation & Delivery:

Design and deliver engaging billing training (live/recorded).

Medical Coding Instruction:

Teach CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, payer rules, RCM workflows.

Compliance Training:

Educate on regulations and industry best practices.

Performance Tracking:

Evaluate training via quizzes, audits, feedback.

RCM Education:

Train on claims, payments, denials, A/R processes.

Documentation:

Maintain SOPs, guides, and training logs.

Industry Awareness:

Stay updated on coding and billing changes.

Team Collaboration:

Align with coding, billing, and RCM teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Short Form):

Expertise in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, billing. Familiar with EHR, billing software, EDI/ERA. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and time management. Knowledge of adult learning/training methods. 2-3 years in billing/coding; training experience a plus.
