We are looking for an experienced Trainer to design, deliver, and enhance training programs supporting map data operations. The role requires strong knowledge of mapping workflows, tools, and GIS systems along with proven expertise in training program design & delivery.Key Responsibilities:Develop & deliver training programs, SOPs, e-learning modules, and refresher sessions.Align training with operations, quality, and process excellence teams.Monitor training effectiveness, conduct audits, and suggest improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate policy updates into training.Manage and maintain training materials and content repositories.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (certifications in instructional design / GIS preferred).6+ years of experience in Training / L&D (map operations or GIS exposure is a plus).Strong communication, presentation, and content development skills.Familiarity with GIS tools and map-related workflows preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
