We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Trainers Manager

to lead and coordinate our team of technical trainers at our institute in Navalur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

Multiple core technical domains

along with proven leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Able to take training sessions
Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical training team.
Coordinate training schedules and ensure smooth delivery of sessions.
Evaluate trainer performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
Ensure high-quality content delivery across all technical domains.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training with industry requirements.
Address any challenges related to trainer performance, student feedback, or curriculum execution.
Plan and conduct regular upskilling sessions for trainers to stay current with market trends.
Prepare training reports and maintain performance metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in training management or a similar leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge in Java, Python, Testing, Data Science, and Analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in managing a team of trainers or educators is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
