Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts aligned with organisational goals and industry standards. Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for employees using various instructional methods to suit different learning styles. Identify training gaps and organisational needs through assessments, store visits, and feedback, and develop targeted training programs accordingly. Support implementation of forum management systems and conduct improvement training focused on performance expectations and goal setting. Visit stores regularly and train

OPPO OEC staff

on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Build strong working relationships with employees and store teams to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Any Graduation / Post Graduation (HS Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply). Knowledge of Technology, Mobile, or Retail Industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building skills to engage employees at all levels. Both

Experience

6 months to 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).

Salary

Salary as per industry standards.
