Role:

Communication Trainer is responsible to Coach and Mentor a group of employees on Language, Communication & Bottom Quartile (Individual attention). Derive Corrective actions on trends identified and Customize Training plans - Based on Knowledge Gaps..

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Coach Mentor for identified employee or Group of employees Able to communicate clear instructions Ensure assigned employee or Group of employees scale up on client laid performance metrics Conduct remedial trainings and Monitor the progress, provide feedback Share updates & provide refresher trainings and provide feedback to the team Able to Coach to Improve Process, Communication & Culture with a focus on grammar, written skills and reading comprehension skills. Work on Upskilling existing skill set by Individual development plans

Skill Set:

High proficiency in Verbal /Written English

Knowledge of MS Office, G Suite Approachability and Availability Transparency Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) and facilitation skills Confident and Knowledgeable Innovate and Inspire Active Listening Complex Problem Solving
