Content Development:
Design and maintain a version-controlled library of instructional materials, including interactive e-learning modules, product decks, SOPs, and video tutorials.
Launch Support:
Execute market-wide training plans for flagship device launches, ensuring 100% of store staff within assigned territories are trained to "expert level".
Needs Analysis:
Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and customize modules for different proficiency levels.
Performance Tracking:
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and tracking post-training sales metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Management and Marketing to incorporate the latest software updates and competitive intel into training curricula.
