We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Product Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid teaching or training background and will be responsible for delivering effective product training to internal teams, channel partners, and clients. The role demands strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a knack for making technical details easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive training on Tata Steel products: Tata Tiscon, Stractura, Durashine, and Pravesh. Develop training materials, presentations, and product manuals. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for staff and partners. Stay up to date on product features, market trends, and competitor offerings. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and methods. Support marketing and sales teams with product knowledge and technical assistance.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of teaching or training experience. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Age between 30-35 years. Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences. Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions.
