Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and routine training sessions
Develop and update training content and materials
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records
Coordinate with departments to assess training needs
Assist in NABH audit preparation and documentation
Requirements:
Graduate degree (Training or NABH certification preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in staff training and compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training tools
Hospital experience preferred
